Bobbye Jean Petty, 87, of Brady, Texas passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 in San Angelo.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 20, from 6 to 8 pm, at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels in Brady.

Funeral Service will be Friday, May 21, at 2:30 pm at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Brady.

She was born February 24, 1934 in Richland Springs, Texas to Robert L. Bolinger and Gladys M. (Shaw) Bolinger. She married Jerry Petty on September 11, 1954 in Richland Springs. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brady.

Husband – Jerry Petty of Brady
Sons – Keith Petty and Brian Petty, both of Elm Grove, Texas
Brother-in-Law – John Ferguson
Grandchildren – Kyanne Jones and husband Tucker; Grayson Petty; Kadee Petty; Lindsey Mertzon
Great-Grandchildren – Grady and Clancy Jones
Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
