On Tuesday, April 20, there were 16 early votes cast at the Brown County Elections Office.  According to Election Administrator, Larry Franks, three of the votes Tuesday were for the Bangs election while 13 were for the Brownwood City Council election.  On the first day of early voting on Monday, only seven people voted, all in the Brownwood election.

Early voting hours are as follows:

Wednesday-Friday, April 21-23 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Monday-Tuesday, April 26-27 – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Early voting for both Brownwood and Bangs is being done at the Brown County Elections Office, 613 N. Fisk.
