Geraldine Ann Turner, 79, of Early, Texas passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021.

A visitation with family will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Heartland Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at the Rocky Creek Baptist Church, Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM with burial to follow in the Rocky Creek Cemetery officiated by Rick Justice.

Geraldine was born February 10, 1942 in Opelousas, Louisiana to Paul Vincent and Mary Lou (Jagneaux) Hebert.  She attended high school in Lake Charles, Louisiana and married Bobby Turner April 30, 1959 and they were blessed with two sons.  Geraldine worked for the State of Texas managing a house for MHMR patients a little over 28 years.  She was a great care giver and homemaker who loved to garden growing flowers and working in the yard.  Geraldine was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.

Geraldine is survived by her beloved husband, Bobby Turner of Early; sons, Jerry Paul Turner and wife Evelyn, Michael Dewayne Turner; granddaughter, Cheyanne Renee Giles and great grandson, Turner Warren Giles of Little Elm, Texas.  Sisters, Pat Hebert of Denver, Colorado and Janice Carrier of LaFayette, Louisiana.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents.
