The Brownwood Municipal Development District Board of Directors will meet at 1:30 pm Tuesday, April 20, at Brownwood City Hall.

The proceedings of the meeting will be as follows:

Item     4.         The Board will consider approval of the minutes:

3. Loan and Incentive Summary – March

6. Project Updates and Activity

Item  7.  The BMDD Board may convene into a closed executive session in the        Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon’s Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in the following section:

Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney

Section 551.087 – Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations

1. Discussion regarding a Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant application for a downtown business.
2. Discussion regarding a Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant application for a downtown location with multiple commercial tenants.
3. Discussion regarding a Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant and infrastructure incentive for a new business.
4. Discussion regarding a Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant for an existing business.

Item       8.   The Board will reconvene into Regular Session in the City Council Chambers to take any action deemed necessary as result of the Executive Session.
