According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Dylan Scott Craig, on probation for the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Samuel Puentes Ailon, pled guilty to the felony offense of Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. The defendant is not a US citizen and will be deported following completion of his sentence.
