The Brownwood City Council will meet Tuesday, April 13, at 9:00 am at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Avenue. The agenda is below.

Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Council may conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance on first reading changing the zoning classification of the Fowler and Nunns Addition, Block 1, Lots
4- 9 and 11-18, Part 1-3 and 19-20, Block 2, Bradford Street, Alleys also known as 1115 Brady Avenue, from R-3 Multi-family Residential District to C-U College and University District.

A. Consider awarding a bid for the construction of a Downtown Sidewalk Grant project
11. Consent Agenda
A. Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading adding a 4-way stop at the intersections ofRoselawn Street and First Street as well as Parkway Drive and First Street.
B. Consider authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement and any subsequent addendums, amendments, and acceptance of additional funds during the term of the existing grant contract on behalf of Brownwood Brown County Health Department with Texas Department of State Health Services to continue providing Public Health Emergency Preparedness services to our community.
12. Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Consider adopting a resolution to submit a TxCDBG-CD grant application and designate authorized representatives for a water and sewer line project.

A. Consider approving a mural to be painted on the retaining wall along Vine and Washington Streets behind the Lehnis Museum and approve the funds to come from reserves with a budget amendment at the end of the year.

A. Council may consider approval to expend unbudgeted funds in the amount up to$49,000 for remediation of hazards at 200 Fisk Avenue.
