According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, two cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Hugo Lugo pled guilty to the felony offenses of Online Solicitation of a Minor and Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Tyler Jonathan Tindell, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
