According to District Attorney Micheal Murray,  a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Patricia Taylor King pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Delivery of Marijuana -Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Ten (10) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
