According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Pedro Jeronimo Fuentes pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance­Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
