When Brown County Commissioners meet Monday, March 22 at 9:00 am, they will consider setting the date of May 10, 2021 for a Public Hearing. The Public Hearing will be on the creation of the Brown County Reinvestment Zone No. 1-IP Radian for purposes of tax abatement to provide economic development within the county, and to take up for consideration a tax abatement agreement with IP Radian, LLC.

Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1- Consider and authorize setting date of May 10, 2021 for a public hearing and publication of notice of such hearing in a newspaper of general circulation on the creation of a reinvestment zone to be known as Brown County Reinvestment Zone No. 1-IP Radian for purposes of tax abatement to provide economic development within the county, and to take up for consideration a tax abatement agreement with IP Radian, LLC.
F. Paul Lilly, County Judge- Presented by Darrell Johnston EMC- Consideration and possible approval of accepting a donation of vehicle to Chaplains program by Global Medical Response the parent company of Lifeguard. (Span CJ)
