In games played Wednesday night in Winters, the May girls and boys saw their successful basketball seasons come to an end.

The No. 8 May Lady Tigers lost to the No. 13 Westbrook Lady Wildcats by a final score of 45-33.  Westbrook (23-4) will face No. 4 Veribest (24-1) in the regional semifinals.

In the boys game, the Knox City Greyhounds defeated the May Tigers 50-43 in Region II-A area playoff action.  Knox City (17-6) will face No. 15 Eula (18-9) in the regional quarterfinals.
