The City of Brownwood Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 501 Center Avenue, Brownwood, Texas, for the purpose of receiving comments on the following requests:

A request to change the zoning classification of the Fowler & Nunns Addition, Block 1, Lot 4-9 & 11-18, Part 1, 2, 3, 19, 20, Block 2, Bradford Street, Alleys from R-3 Multi-Family Residential to C-U College and University District.

It is requested that you make your views known, either in person, by writing, or by a duly authorized representative to aid the Planning and Zoning Commission in determining the proper action on this request.

Following the public hearing the Commission may recommend the proposed request to the City Council.
