Billy Carter, 46 of Odessa, Texas, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 in Odessa.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Brady.

A graveside service will be Saturday, February 6, at 2:00 pm at Cowboy Cemetery in Rochelle.
