Between 5 and 6 pm Monday, emergency personnel were summoned to the 1200 block of Austin Avenue in Brownwood where a vehicle collided with a motorcycle.

The driver of the motorcycle was airlifted from the scene with undisclosed injuries.

According to officials on the scene, a red Chevrolet Suburban was turning off Austin Avenue and struck the passing motorcycle, which the driver of the Suburban apparently didn’t see.
