Ralph Elmer Blevins, age 57, of Brownwood, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2021, in Abilene.
Ralph’s wishes were to be cremated, and there will be a private family internment in Faxon, Oklahoma.
Ralph was born on October 12, 1963, to Robert Lee Blevins, and Anna Fay (Day) Blevins in Santa Anna. He married Shirley Louise Blevins on July 17, 1989, in Brownwood. Ralph was a member of Haven of Hope Church in Brownwood. He worked at the Kettle Restaurant in Brownwood for 13 years, Brownwood Regional Hospital for 13 years, and worked in home health for Girling Healthcare for 3 years. Ralph enjoyed hunting, fishing, going bowling, and also loved to cook for his family and friends.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 34 years, Shirley Louise Blevins; sons, William Casey King and Jeffery King Jr.; brothers, John Wayne Blevins and wife Nancy, Billy Blevins, Richard Blevins, and Joey Blevins; sisters Nita Butler and husband J.T., and Effie (Tooter) Hall and husband Billy; and mother in-law, Barbara Lemons. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patsy Montgomery King; and uncle in-law, Gene Fikes.
