Daily Update:
On January 14, 2021, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 48 positive COVID-19 test results, 5 negative, 61 recoveries, and 3 deaths. Of the 48 positives, 19 were PCR, and 29 were antigen. There are currently 27 hospitalized in Brown County.
Three deaths were reported: a female in her 60s not from a nursing home, a male in his 70s not from a nursing home, a male in his 90s not from a nursing home.
COVID-19 Vaccinations:
Brown County currently shows 765 people vaccinated with 1st doses , 23 people vaccinated with both doses. 31,586 is the estimated for vaccination.
Upcoming Free Mobile COVID-19 Test Dates:
Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) COVID-19 mobile testing team will continue tomorrow January 15th in Brownwood from 10 am to 4 pm at Gordon Wood Stadium located at 3206 Milam Drive.
