Daisy Ruth Wells, age 85 of Santa Anna, Texas, passed from this life to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 12:30 pm at the Holiday Hill Nursing Home in Coleman.

Her family will be gathering for a Celebration of her life.

Daisy was born January 14, 1935 to Otis Elmer and Jimmie Mayme Bucannan Helms in Whitney, Texas where she was raised and graduated from Whitney High School.  On December 24, 1987 Daisy married Charles Daniel Wells in Hillsboro, Texas and they celebrated thirty three years of marriage.

Daisy was a member of the Church of Christ and a resident of Santa Anna moving there in 1993 from San Antonio.  She was an equipment operator in Construction and a Bus Driver for Santa Anna ISD.
