Daily Update:

On January 4, 2020, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 84 positive COVID-19 test results, 135 negative, 72 recoveries and 2 deaths.  There are currently 19 hospitalized in Brown County.  The reported deaths were a male in his 80s from a nursing home, and a male in his 60s not from a nursing home.

Brown County ended last week (1/1/2021) with an addition of 208 new cases from the previous week.
