City Facilities to Close New Year’s Day, Trash Route Altered

Brownwood City Hall, Landfill, Recycling Center and other non-emergency facilities will close Friday, January 1, 2021 to bring in the new year.

Normal operating hours will resume for the Landfill on Saturday January 2 and for all other city facilities Monday January 4, 2021.

Residential curbside trash routes for the week will be collected as follows:

Monday’s & Tuesday’s route will be collected on regular schedule.

Thursday’s route will be collected on Wednesday

Friday’s route will be collected on Thursday

Closed Friday
