Carol Ann Campbell, age 78 passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020, in Comanche, Texas.

She was born on March 13, 1942, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hollaway.  On December 26, 1965 she was united in marriage to Donnie Campbell. She was a devoted wife, and mother.  She worked at Golden Arrow Cafeteria. Carol worked in housekeeping for many years at the Comanche Community Hospital. She was a graduate of Trimble Tech School in Fort Worth. She was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church. Carol had a servant’s heart.  She served on the bereavement committee. She was active in Sunday School Class and prayer group. She was an enthusiastic supporter of the Comanche Indians in whatever sport her great nephews were playing.

She is survived by her sister, Jan Holdridge of Fort Worth; sister-in-law, Penny Hamilton and husband Larry; sister-in-law, Elayne Campbell of Overton; nephew, Johnny Conine and wife Angie of Comanche; nephew, Jason Conine and wife Shayla of Comanche; niece, Andi Hamilton of Comanche; nephew, Drew Johnson of San Antonio; nephew, James Campbell of Kilgore; niece, Melissa Campbell of Kilgore and numerous great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Campbell; son, Craig Allen Campbell and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hollaway.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Oakwood Cemetery with Bro. Steven Schulte officiating.  Comanche Funeral Home is in Charge of Arrangements. Condolences may be offered on line at www.comanchefh.com
