According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Douglas Clinton Siddle, on probation for the felony offenses of Assault Family Violence- Occlusion­ Prior Conviction was adjudicated and sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Lacey D. Westerman aka Lacey Diane Beson aka Lacey Diane Benson, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Marc Anthony Luna, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Forgery was adjudicated and sentenced to Six (6) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
