Linda Smith Clark, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, in Comanche, Texas.

She was born on July 22, 1945, in Gorman, Texas, to Herman “Shorty” and Odessa (Reed) McDonald.  In June, 2008, she was united in marriage to Barry Clark in Lampasas County, Texas.  Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She was friendly, outgoing and kind, and for over twenty years she was a Med-Aide at Western Hills Healthcare Residence in Comanche.  Linda was a member of Proctor Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Barry Clark of Comanche; son, Mike Smith and wife Debbie of Gainesville; son, Harry Dale Smith of Proctor; daughter, Cherie Evans and husband Lynn of Dublin; stepson, Jerry Clark and wife Kelly of Rosebud; stepdaughter, Glenda Harper and husband Danny; grandchildren:  Crystale, Courtney, Jody, Jake, Robyn, Jesse, Brody, Charity, Dolly, Billy Jack, Danny Jr., Daniel, Virgil, and Tray; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Sunday, December 13, 2020, from 12:00 Noon until 1:30 P.M.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Sardis Cemetery in Comanche County, with Rev. Harold Higginbotham officiating.  Condolences may be offered on line at www.comanchefh.com

A meal for the family will be at Hasse Community Center following the graveside Service.
