Girls Game
The Brownwood Lady Lions moved up to play Class 6A San Angelo Central Friday night.  The Lady Cats defeated the Lady Lions 49-25.  CarolAnn Hetzel scored 9 to lead Brownwood followed by Brooke Price and Lindsey Larose with 4 each, Kynslee Walker and Tessa Goodwin with 3, and Lexi Greer with 2.  Stats show Brownwood shot 30% from the field, was 3 of 4 from the free throw line and committed 33 turnovers.  Next up for Brownwood is a trip to San Saba on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm.

Boys Game
The Lions traveled to Wall to take on the Hawks and won their second game of the year 56-37 over the green and white.  Leading scorer for the maroon was Bryson Monroe with 15 points followed by Jakob Hataway with 11, Christian Kinzler 10, Michael Felts 7, Nathan Wheelington 3, and Zach Porter, Bryan Healer and Blake SBrasher with 2 each.  The Lions return to Warren Gym on Tuesday night to face San Angelo Lake View at 6:30 pm.
