According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.
Alex Larue Fischer, on probation for the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver was adjudicated and sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Further, Fischer, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
