On November 25, 2020, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 15 positive COVID-19 test results, 19 negative, and 16 recoveries.  There are currently 15 hospitalized in Brown County and 372 active cases. One death has been reported, a female resident of a nursing facility in her 70’s.

Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) COVID-19 mobile testing team will be in Brownwood on Monday, November 30th and on Thursday, December 3rd from 10 am to 4 pm at Gordon Wood Stadium located at 3206 Milam Drive.
