According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, three cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Tyler Benjamin Edwards was on probation for the felony offenses of Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear and Burglary of a Habitation.  The defendant was adjudicated and sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kenna Nichole Valadez, on probation for the felony offense of Escape was revoked and sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Valadez, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child was revoked and sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Adrianne Renae Spencer, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was adjudicated and sentenced to Nine (9) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
