On Monday, during the weekly Brown County Commissioners meeting, County Judge Dr. Paul Lilly presented Brown County Elections Administrator, Larry Franks, with a certificate in honor of a successful election on November 3rd.  Franks and his entire staff and election workers were commended for their work during the election period which featured a 67% voter turnout in Brown County.
