The Chick-fil-A Brownwood Facebook page posted Wednesday afternoon that the grand opening of the new location at 500 East Commerce will be Thursday, November 5.

Bridget Jones, owner/manager of the store, made the announcement.  She is from Brownwood and she and her husband are both graduates of Howard Payne University.  They moved back to Brownwood in the Spring of this year.

“We are excited to officially announce we will have our GRAND OPENING on Thursday, November 5th, 2020!  We will be open for Drive-thru and mobile curbside pickup. DoorDash will be available soon!  Chick-fil-A Brownwood will open for BREAKFAST from 6:00-10:30 AM.  The rest of our FULL menu will be served from 10:30 AM through 10:00 PM.  It will be our pleasure to serve you great food and amazing service VERY soon!”

The Chick-fil-A location at the Heartland Mall in Early is slated to close permanently this Saturday, Oct. 17.
