On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 9  positive COVID-19 test results, 63 negatives, 8 recoveries, and 2 deaths. Of the 9 positives, 8 were PCR, and 1 was antigen. There is currently 1 hospitalized in Brown County.

Of the two deaths, both were males in their 70’s, one was hospitalized, the other was at home, neither were nursing home patients.
