On Monday, September 21, 2020, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 25 positive COVID-19 test results and 55 recoveries.

Of the 25 positives, 12 were PCR, and 13 were antigen. There are currently 2 hospitalized in Brown County.

According to the local health department, the number of negative test results was adjusted to reflect only PCR testing.  Friday’s update included both negative antigen and negative PCR testing. The State does not recognize negative antigen testing, so we have removed Friday’s negative antigen tests from our count.
