Patsy (Johnson) Toon, age 78, of Lake Brownwood passed away peacefully Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Songbird Lodge.

Graveside Services for Patsy will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 20, 2020, at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene with Bobby Machen officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Patsy was born on April Fools Day, April 1, 1942, to Noel and Addie Lee (Baze) Johnson in Midland, Texas. She married the love of her life, Bobby Toon, on December 3, 1960, in California. Patsy was an LVN and caregiver off and on for over 40 years all over the state of Texas. She had a servant’s heart and loved caring for others. Patsy loved living at the lake and lake life, being outdoors, she also enjoyed going and watching rodeos.

Patsy is survived by her husband, Bobby Toon of Lake Brownwood; son, Lance Toon and wife Vicki of Lake Proctor; daughter, Stacy Toon of Eula; 7 grandchildren, Justin, Christopher, Chad, Cara, Michael, Anna, and Mason; and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Addie Lee Johnson; her Aunt and Uncle, Ethel and Mallie Baze, who helped raised her; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.
