The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Brownwood District continues to perform the annual maintenance sealcoat project which will return to Brown County Thursday morning, August 6.

Weather permitting, crews will sealcoat US 84 from near FM 2126 to the Mills County Line.  Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day Friday, August 7.

Motorists should expect various lane closures and plan for possible delays in travel.  A pilot car will guide traffic through these work zones.  Motorists are asked to use caution and slow their speed in work zones.
