As of Sunday afternoon, the Gate 5 Fire in McCulloch County is estimated to be 13,343 acres and is 90% contained.  According to the Texas A&M Forest Service, FM 765 is closed between US Highway 377 and US Highway 283 for safety of firefighters and the public.  The 90% containment is an increase from 75% reported on Saturday evening.
