The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 4:00 pm Tuesday, June 9, at City Hall, 501 Center Avenue.  Agenda items include the following:

• 1200 Southgate Drive – Requesting a variance of 20 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a 15’ x 24’ carport
• 2001 Sierra Drive – Requesting a variance of 24 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport
