Russell James Cowan, age 59 of Brownwood, passed away Tuesday.  Graveside service will be Thursday, March 21, at 2:00 pm at Rest Haven in Brady.  Heritage Funeral Home of Brady in charge of arrangements for Russell James Cowan.
