ISD Campuses, as Required by E-Rate Qualification. The Board May Award the
Bid to the “Best” Bidder, that is in the Best Interest of Early ISD or they May
Reject ALL Bids as Unsatisfactory and Start the Bid Process Anew. Action Item

9. CLOSED SESSION – If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on
