The Early Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to the 2019 state of the city luncheon featuring mayor Robert Mangrum, March 29 at 11:30 a.m. Mangrum will discuss 2018 as well as the future of Early. The event will be hosted at the new Early Visitors and Event Center, located at 419 Garmon Dr. The cost will be $15 per person.
