District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several have been sentenced in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding. Those sentenced were:
• Steven Trevino Hernandez pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 25 years.
• Adolfo Aceves Chapa pled guilty to the felony offense of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 15 years.
• Jason Dewayne Anderson pled guilty to the felony offense of forgery and was sentenced to 10 years. Further, Anderson, on the probation for the felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was adjudicated and sentenced to five years.
• Dustin Tyler Crosby pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to six years.
• Amber Talamantez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of forgery and endangering a child and was sentenced to 18 months.
• Christopher Alexander Nunez pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 12 months.
• Christopher Michael Vendlinski pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of credit or debit card abuse and was sentenced to nine months.
• Gerald Ray Pflueger III, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was adjudicated and sentenced to eight months.
