The Early Police Department responded to home in the 1300 block of Sherry Lane regarding a possible break-in. The homeowner’s daughter arrived to the home to fine a female in the house. The woman was known to the daughter as a former family friend. The parents called 911 while traveling home. The suspect, identified as Leslie Rone was detained by officers. She stated she was driving by the home when she observed a man breaking into the home. At the point, Rone said, she pursued the suspect out the back door. Officers said there was no evidence to support Rone’s story. A small amount of money and medication was found missing from the home. Rone had locked her car with possible evidence inside, the report states. The car was impounded pending a search warrant. Rone was placed under arrest for burglary of a habitation.

• A female assaulted overnight. A report was taken
• A female was assaulted by her boyfriend, who was trying to leave the residence with their child. The
male was arrested for family violence while the female was arrested for outstanding warrants
