District Attorney Micheal Murray said that two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding. Those sentenced were:

Joshua James Stovall  pled guilty to the felony offense of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and was sentenced to six years. Further, Stovall pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance as was sentenced to two years.

Sandy Leigh Crouch, on probation for the felony offense of assault on a public servant was revoked and sentenced to two years.
