Several sentenced in Brown/Mills District Court

District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court. Judge Stephen Ellis presided over the cases. Those sentenced were:

Racheal Ann Anderson AKA Rachael Ann Baker, on probation for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Drug Free Zone) was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years.

Phillip Lemons, on probation for the felony offense of burglary of a habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years.

Charles David Fry, on probation for the felony offense of sexual assault of a child was adjudicated and sentenced to seven years.

Terrence Alonzo Jackson, on probation for the felony offense of continuous violence against family, was revoked and sentenced to five years.

Carlo Gossett, on probation for the felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to five years.

Alesha Michelle Mallone, on probation for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance (Drug Free Zone) was revoked and sentenced to three years. Further, Mallone, on probation for two separate state jail felony offenses of burglary of a building was revoked and sentenced to 12 months.

Brandon Markel Monroe, on probation for the felony offense of tampering or fabricating physical evidence, was revoked and sentenced to four years.

Eric Babcock, on probation for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance (Drug Free Zone), was adjudicated and sentenced to two years.

Jose Ochoa Pesina, on probation for the state  jail felony offense of driving while intoxicated with child passenger was revoked and sentenced to 19 months.

Anthony Thomas Lumpkin, on probation for the state jail felony offense of burglary of a building was sentenced to 12 months.

Angie Kay Moores, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was revoked and sentenced to six months.

Brooke Nicole Lewis, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance (Drug Free Zone) was revoked and sentenced to six months.
