A Brownwood Police Officer recently conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Commerce for expired registration. A consent search was conducted which led to the arrest of Taylor Kamren Lemmons for possession of a dangerous drug.
In other incidents:
• An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Brady Ave. regarding a burglary of a habitation. An investigation is currently underway.
