Deputy Jose Rodriguez received information about a possible stolen vehicle in the area of E. Lee in Brownwood. Rodriguez observed a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle leaving a parking lot adjacent to the Brownwood Manor. Rodriguez initiated a traffic stop and placed Dale Theron Hutchens under arrest for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.

In another incident, Deputy Leighton Wyatt was dispatched to an address on Early Blvd. in reference to someone causing damage to the body and fuel take of a truck. He spoke to the victim and a report was generated.
