Possession of body armor included in indictments

District attorney Micheal Murrary has reported that during the May 2017 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 35 true bills were returned against 34 people. Indictments include:

 

  • Bryce McLeod Ratliff – Driving While Intoxicated
  • Rogelio Martinez – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  • Lakisha Jenae Stembridge – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; Evading Arrest
  • James Dee Young Jr. – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon – repeat offender
  • Nichole Marie Sanchez – Theft – Enhanced
  • Samuel Sanchez Sr. – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Kimberly Rebecca Mendez – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Kayla Marie Yarbrough – Fraudulent or Possession of Identifying Information
  • Pablo Eligio Palacios – Driving While Intoxicated
  • Joseph Shawn Anderson – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone
  • Stephanie Renea Baker – Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
  • Ricky James Guerra – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone
  • Isidoro Mendez – Unlawful Possession of Metal or Body Armbor by Felon/Repeat Offender
