Brown County Sheriff Corporal Taylor Fletcher responded to FM 1689 in reference to a theft. The caller said an intoxicated person was stealing a cooler from a residence. The suspect, identified as Lance Robertson was pound passed out beside the road and was arrested for public intoxication.

In other incidents:

• A deputy was dispatched to Monaghan Dr. for a civil standby. Due to a violation of a court order, a report for interference with child custody was completed.
• A deputy met with a female at the law enforcement center who claimed another female had used credit card information to purchase a product from the QVC Network in the amount of $458.
• A deputy was dispatched to Hwy 377 S in reference to a terroristic threat. A male stated a co-worker threatened bodily harm after an accusation made in the workplace.
• A deputy was dispatched to Brownwood Regional Medical Center Emergency Room in reference to an assault. The deputy spoke with a woman who stated her sister’s boyfriend attacked her after she refused to have sex with him.
