A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to Windjammer Dr. regarding a domestic disturbance. The deputy met with Charles Norman Nelson who reported his sister had struck him several times. The deputy also met with Nelson’s sister and another female who stated Charles Nelson was the attacker. Charles Nelson was arrested for family violence with previous convictions.

A deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Fisk St. During the duration of the interview, according to the report, the driver was acting nervous. Consent was given to search the vehicle. A grinder with marijuana was located. The driver was transported to the Brown County Jail and charged with possession of marijuana.

In other incidents:

• A male reported a female in the home had taken prescription medication. Later that day, the male reported the female had kicked in his bedroom door and refused to leave the residence.
• A burglary of a motor vehicle was reported.
• A deputy was dispatched to the Zephyr area where he was notified of an assault that occurred a week prior.
• A deputy was dispatched to CR 180 in reference to someone dumping trash on the side of the road.
