Howard Payne University student Victoria Malone of Fort Worth will present a senior recital on Friday, November 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the university’s Grace Chapel.

Malone is pursuing a bachelor of music in performance with a voice concentration. She is a student from the studio of Dr. Celeste Church, professor of music and dean of institutional research and effectiveness at HPU.

Malone’s mezzo-soprano recital will include selections by Handel, Mozart, Poulenc, Schubert, Strauss and others. The closing set will include gospel pieces arranged by Moses Hogan.

Joseph Dunlap, instructor of music at HPU, will accompany Malone on piano.
