A Brownwood Police Officer was dispatched to the 1500 block of Avenue D in reference to an animal complaint. The call came in as an injured or deceased dog under the caller’s truck. After an investigation, it was revealed the dog had been shot and left for dead. The suspect(s) reportedly left in a dark colored truck.

Officers were dispatched to a north Brownwood business regarding theft. Cynthia Flanagan was arrested for theft and criminal trespassing

An officer responded to the 1000 block of Lackey St. regarding a follow up for theft. This call led to the arrest of Justice Hall for evading arrest/detention.
